Malaysian Society Of Nuclear Medicine & Molecular Imaging (MSNMMI) Established In 2014. The Society Members Include Clinicians, Nurses, Pharmacist, Physicists, Technologists, Radiographers And Researchers. The Mission Is To Promote Nuclear Medicine Imaging And Therapy And Enhance The Knowledge Of Its Member Through Conferences And Academic Related Activities. MSNMMI Is The Member Of World Federation Of Nuclear Medicine And Biology (WFNMB) And Asia Oceania Federation Of Nuclear Medicine And Biology (AOFNMB).
Mission & Vision
To establish and maintain an organization of medical practitioners, scientists and technologists of high standing with a common interest in the scientific and clinical disciplines concerned with the diagnostic, therapeutic and investigational use of radionuclides.
To foster meetings of the organization for the purpose of communicating and discussing knowledge of Nuclear Medicine and the application of the same in better understanding and control of disease.
To disseminate information concerning Nuclear Medicine by sponsoring scientific and professional publications.
To strive to better the welfare of mankind by maintaining and advancing the highest possible standards of education, research, and practice of Nuclear Medicine.
To address in a timely manner socio-economic issues and government relations that may significantly effect (sic) the quality of education, research, and clinical practice in Nuclear Medicine.
History
Malaysian Society Of Nuclear Medicine & Molecular Imaging (MSNMMI) Established In 2014. The first Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held in 2015.
The Council comprises 11 (eleven) members, of which, 8 (eight) members are elected and the remaining 3 (three) members are to be appointed by the Council. The President and President-elect should be Nuclear Medicine Physicians.

The Mission Is To Promote Nuclear Medicine Imaging And Therapy And Enhance The Knowledge Of Its Member Through Conferences And Academic Related Activities. MSNMMI Is The Member Of World Federation Of Nuclear Medicine And Biology (WFNMB) And Asia Oceania Federation Of Nuclear Medicine And Biology (AOFNMB).
MSNMMI has been continuously for the past 10 years providing up-to-date training and disseminating latest research to all the members as well as the nuclear medicine fraternity as a whole. An annual Malaysia Nuclear Medicine (MyNM) was held almost every year to benefit the whole nuclear medicine fraternity through latest cutting edge information and knowledge as well as to connect locally and internationally.
